Miami Collector Acquires Dinorah Delfin's Kate Moss Portrait at "Making Faces" Exhibition

At the Making Faces exhibition at Allouche Gallery in Manhattan, NY, a distinguished private collector from Miami acquired Dinorah Delfin’s HYBRID KATE—a striking reinterpretation of supermodel Kate Moss, rendered in Delfin’s signature 3D pixelated painting style that fuses classical beauty with digital abstraction.

The piece was inspired by Delfin’s own photoshoot with legendary artist Chuck Close for his daguerreotype series, shortly after he had released a series of daguerreotypes that also featured Moss. HYBRID KATE reimagines the supermodel as a fragmented digital icon. Created using Delfin’s innovative 3D hybrid technique, the work explores the intersection of beauty, perception, and the evolving nature of identity in a hybrid analog-digital age.
